The first film by Parker's new Surge Studio. J. Brian complained about a conflict with his own film called Flashback but Parker's was already done so Parker insisted that they just put their names on the front of each title.

Parker had a backer for the production that he had to get rid of. Apparently one of the backer's goals was to get his hands on Kip Noll.

After the film was shot there was enough footage to create two productions but Parker was at a loss as to what to do with it so he got Steve Scott to help him edit it.
